Orthopedic Pet Products by Orange County K9

If you ever need to return any of the orthopedic pet products, ALL Orange County K9 products are to be return to Orange County K9 directly. petcarenaturally.com cannot accept returns.

Returns are limited to unopened products only (In original packaging) and must be received within 30 days from date of receipt.

A (RMA) return authorization is required, and can be obtained by calling Orange County K9 at (949) 305-3209.

There will be a restocking charge of 25% and the original shipping costs are not refundable. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping to return the items purchased in their original packaging. Any products sent back without an Orange County K9T (RMA#) will be refused and unaccepted.

Orange County K9T has the right to refuse any packages that have not been authorized by Orange County K9T and/or are not in the original Orange County K9T packaging.

To stay in compliance with health & safety regulations we will be unable to except any used products or products returned not in their original Orange County K9T packaging. Sorry, No exceptions!
